With our managed service model, retailers can buy or lease the hardware (kiosks and servers), while we handle all aspects of infrastructure—from maintenance, to content ingestion, to rights management. It couldn’t be easier. You manage your business—the promotions, merchandising, and customer experience—we handle the rest.

Secure Server Location

The most frequently downloaded content sold through your digital kiosk will be stored on a server onsite. This ensures your customer gets the fastest download time possible. Because this premium content is extremely valuable, the studios and record labels we partner with require it is stored in a secure, locked location that is only accessible by store personnel.

3Mbps Internet Connection

Another portion of the content sold through your digital kiosk (typically the older titles that aren’t downloaded as frequently) will be stored on a MOD Systems remote server. If your customer downloads one of these movies, the Store Server will fetch that file from the MOD remote server.

For your customers to access the full range of entertainment available, you’ll need a fast Internet connection (3Mbps) to enable the quickest possible download times from the remote server. It’s the most efficient way to provide a comprehensive content library to customers, while remaining cost effective for you.
