MOD Systems®, Inc., an industry-leading provider of digital media delivery systems for retailers, today announced that Senior Vice President of Business Development, Brad Gleeson, will participate in a session called "Digital Den" at Entertainment Supply Chain Academy (ESCA) in Los Angeles, CA. The "Digital Den" session, hosted by Parks Associates, will be held from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Pacific on Wednesday, June 24, 2009, at the Luxe Hotel in Los Angeles.

During this rapid-fire session, executives from eleven companies looking to monetize and find their footing in the emerging world of digital content delivery and home entertainment will offer brief individual presentations. Each presenter will describe the transition of content delivery from the traditional physical distribution model to where it stands today and how it may change in the future. Presentations will cover delivery models ranging from open source online video and interactive broadcasting to MOD Systems' digital delivery in retail.

Gleeson currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Development for MOD Systems. Before joining the company, he founded and acted as managing partner of TargetPath LLC, a consulting company providing management, strategic planning and business development consulting to digital signage, specialty display and out-of-home media clients. Gleeson has also held senior positions with Planar Systems Inc., Active Light and CineLight, national value-added distributors that were among the first to sell Plasma and large LCD monitors in the U.S.

MOD Systems is dedicated to helping retailers bring an expansive library of digital content into their stores and sell it in convenient concierge and self-serve models. With digital delivery in their brick and mortar locations and other high traffic areas, like malls and airports, retail businesses can fill customer needs via download to a device or Secure Digital (SD) memory card, eliminating the cost and hassles of stocking pre-packaged media. The expansive digital content catalog included in the MOD Retail Enterprise System features more than five million MP3 tracks and nearly 4,000 movies from major and independent studios.
